Not sure if that announcement was the kickstarter but the rehabilitation of T1 now has a starting timeframe - December of this year.
Yes that's right, smack in the middle of the holiday rush. During the renovation some flights will be using T3 to lessen the load on T1.
Prepare for more chaos to come...

Oh and the toilets are getting their own budget - P20 million for 72 toilets. That's around 300,000php per toilet, does it really require that much?

300,000 php per toilet? Have you tried doing thing in PH? You need to add all the "facilitation" fees into your cost.

There is also the cost of "pork".
