so i booked an FD ticket, flight schedule changed and had to call. Didnt get re-booked to the new schedule automatically.
1st i called airline agent, and decided midway to call OTA customer support instead.
OTA customer support worked it out and finally got it ticketed by airline and i received the confirmation w/ record locator.
Received voucher from OTA customer support for compensation.

Question: what has been your exp facing situation like mine? a lot of ppl said not to call, so how else would you have handled the situation?
This is a mileage run for me and im flexible.
