Unable to Link Virgin Atlantic Account
I'm trying to transfer Membership Rewards points to a newly created Virgin Atlantic FF account for another member in our household. After successfully creating the VA account, I get the following error message when trying to link it to the MR account...
Partner Program Number entered is invalid.*
Do I have to wait a certain period of time after the VA account was created before it can be linked...or is Amex no longer allowing linked accounts to other family members in the same household?
