Unable to Link Virgin Atlantic Account
I'm trying to transfer Membership Rewards points to a newly created Virgin Atlantic FF account for another member in our household. After successfully creating the VA account, I get the following error message when trying to link it to the MR account...
Partner Program Number entered is invalid.*
Do I have to wait a certain period of time after the VA account was created before it can be linked...or is Amex no longer allowing linked accounts to other family members in the same household?

1. I assume your American Express card account is issued in the USA?
2. Weekends are for system maintenance. I would try again today to link the accounts. You must enter the name and Flying Club account number exactly as show in the Virgin Atlantic system.
