Pedantic note: I'm pretty sure ConnectByHertz was a straight Zipcar clone and didn't allow one-ways. I think they added one-ways when ConnectByHertz was renamed HertzOnDemand (before it was renamed again to Hertz 24/7). But otherwise I think you're right. And I could be wrong.
