That being said, I like the 4 Points LAX and will stay there without a complaint... so yeah, I'm easy. .
If you put all the above named hotels into the same category there are only two options.

Either you are REALLY easy or you haven't visited all of these in the most recent years. Especially the Radisson LAX is a run down property and a total disgrace.

I like the Four Points as well. I guess the informal part of it.
