I would not be at all surprised to see the decline in traffic continue in favor of the blogs. Randy and co may not have it 100% right with Milepoint but for sure BoardingArea has far more mass appeal than this place. Which is a very sad state of affairs.
I think you're on target pretty much. There are lessons FT could learn from MP and even from other online forums. But it frankly is kind of hard to really have those conversations as general members of FT, as there are so many restrictions on discussing certain things, and on where those discussions may take place.

And I think both sites suffer from the increase in blogs.
