Not entirely sure but I would think they would leave the configuration the same as it is now 24F/189Y. As for 2L boarding idk about that because last time I was in GUM DL was using 1L boarding for it's 757s in GUM so perhaps UA will do the same?
You are correct, with the Delta flights (and previously NW), they often use 1L for boarding as Ive experienced this too. And you got me thinking and now I remember that it depends on the gates. For example, if you board at gate 10, 12, 14, or 16 for example, CO used 2L. But if it was gate 17, 19, 21 CO used 1L, so it just depends. Can't wait to welcome the 753's to GUM. Perhaps they'll use it to MNL too!?
