Are you kidding me? Most tall folks like myself have never found reclining the seat to be any more comfortable. Reclining does not give you any more legroom. And by doing it inconveniences everyone further back from you. Just don't do it and we're all better off. Now once in awhile if the clown in front of me puts the seat all the way back I have no choice but to inconvenience those behind me. I hate to do it. So if I see the person putting the seats back I'll jam my knees in pretty well to prevent what I can.

It's rude, its selfless, and its just plain wrong to recline your seat. There is no real comfort gained.
