While rules regarding baggage and claims may differ from one country to another, we want to make sure your claim is handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.

May we suggest reaching out to [email protected] and ask them to simply mail or fax you the forms needed to initiate a claim.

If you've already done so and have yet to hear back, please email [email protected] and share your experience with them so that they may follow up.
