It may not be the most fanciest ever, and I am completely biased, but the setting of the Panache in Quebec City is stunning. It feels homey and very cozy, and the view on the St. Lawrence River is just gorgeous. Some high-end restaurants tend to drop the ball when it comes to bathrooms, but the Panache's are perfect. There are certain aspects of the restaurant that I don't love, but it definitely qualifies as fancy to me!
