Thanks to United's reciprocity deal with Marriott, I'll be staying at the Residence Inn Manhattan, Midtown East for a couple of days between Christmas and New Years, as a Gold elite. I've booked a studio King with balcony. Any thoughts/experiences with upgrades at this property?
