It appears that your hotel is near the MacArthur station. There is a direct train from there to SFO airport, takes about an hour. If you leave your hotel at about 6:30 you should be fine for a 10:00 flight. Check with your hotel front desk about advise on getting to the BART station.
This on the other hand is excellent advice. BART is the fastest and cheapest way from Oakland to SFO, the fare is $8.60, and you can pay with a credit card. See www.bart.gov for schedules.
