  • Biscochitos (better known as anise sugar cookies) - Grew up with these around Christmas. It's a simple recipe, too, so I don't have to wait until Xmas to get a batch.
  • Girl Scouts Samoas - Fortunately my coworkers are churning out daughters like it's their second job so I always have a ready supply of these.
  • Chocolate chip - I love them fresh baked and chewy, but the Keebler Soft Batch variety will do in a pinch.
