I'm pretty sure you've posted to the thread on this topic in the DL forum. But, the secret is three fold: 1) book via the Beijing CTO and DO NOT let them pass your call to Singapore; 2) get them to do a manual sell, and 3) be prepared to call CZ/MU and get them to release seats. (An in person visit is even better, but that doesn't seem like a viable option for you.)
