Since we travel with our son, we need a hotel room where an extra bed can be placed without making the room feel cramped. That is a challenge for many non-suite rooms, even a room with 50 square meters (Palace room at FS Bosphorus) felt really tiny when an extra bed was placed there (but got a HUGE upgrade when we went to check if they had a larger room available). For Amanresorts and many SE Asian FS, we have, however, been more than happy with the lowest level accommodation. They have spacious bathrooms where there is room for a rollaway bed and also outside private areas where we can sit at night after our son is in bed.
