I don't really understand the concept. Compated with AF, KL seem to offer much less award seats (Business long-haul), not even on short-notice, i.e. 2 days out or so. And now they want to upgrade people on board for less the miles?
And who is going to be asked if they wish to upgrade? Passengers in the order of status? Of ticket price? The person who shouts the loudest?
