We've eaten at the rotating restaurants in Calgary (Panorama Restaurant IIRC) and CN Tower (360 Restaurant) in Toronto.

Great views in Toronto as planes seem to fly below the CN viewing areas at times. A bit surreal to see. There was a prefixe menu that's a pretty good deal at CN, and the admission up the elevator was included in the price of a meal if dining at the restaurant, whereas charged for all other visitors. I highly recommend going all the way up to Skypod. Being up that high you're literally hanging on for dear life (at least from my point of view). The Skypod price was in addition to the free admission of the meal at 360 restaurant, but it was a nominal price.
