No such thing

The cheap option would be Houston Metro bus # 102, no longer express

According to Google Maps it's a quick walk from one bus to the other downtown Houston. LOOOOOONG ride up to IAH, looks like about every 30 minutes during day, 40 on weekends and 45 minutes late at night.

Or if you want to spend north of $25 (my guess based on what it costs in Dallas) SuperShuttle Shared-Ride Service will get you there, though you may have to walk to a hotel, as I'm not sure they'll pick up at a Megabus bus stop.
