IMHO if you can fly out of EWR or JFK I would accumulate (sign-up bonus + spending) Chase UR points (CSP and Ink) for transfer to your United MP account once you are decided on an award ticket. Also look at the United cards issued by Chase.

judging by the fact that you booked out of EWR, and list your location as PHL you must be in the same general area. I would really appreciate any other pointers you can give me.
