- Jury is out for the rest of us. Since great seats are a zero-sum game, I reckon we are worse off when more people are using EF and competing for the seats. If the investment enables EF to improve its service, I suppose we have some upside potential.
Thanks for posting the link. Don't worry, with the large amount of flights every day x 330+ days, in our analysis of the alert data we find very little overlap in Seat Alerts between users, including our agency customers. We have many travel agencies that have been using ExpertFlyer.com for a long time, the app just integrates into their workflow and makes the service easier to use for them.
