Wow...elite benefits degraded again in order to increase market share on the west coast shuttle. The elite security lines can be quite lengthy at LAX already, don't need several hundred more people a day contributing to that congestion!
Granted it has only been less than a dozen times but I have never waited for more than 1 minute at LAX.
On the other issue, you can bet your last dollar they will allow more people in the line if it significantly increases the market share. What would you do if it was your business to run?
