When you booked your original WT+ tickets did you select "Lowest Price" or "Flexible Conditions"? If it was lowest price (and from the fare I suspect that may well be the case sice a random date WT+ now comes back with £1200 each way for a flexible fare) then it is unlikely that you can cancel for a refund, but as others have said, phoning is your best option.
