2. Very average flat-bed seat despite being years behind the competition in putting these in.
3. No international F

5. Terrible award redemption.
6. No international upgrades on reasonably priced fares.
7. SkyWars is a terrible alliance.
8. No international F awards on alliance partners.
9. Poor MM program.
10. Dishonest.
