This doesn't happen. I have flown paid J, I have flown NRSA. When NRSA, meal order was taken....on a few flights with tight entrees, I as asked for a backup each time. Paying customer always gets meal before NRSA.
Generally true, but I have seen it happen. But it was a bad J crew to begin with...I think this would be an anamoly.
