I don't think there is a possibility to do an international transfer in PNH, meaning that the OP will need to pass immigration twice (and to obtain a visa-on-arrival or apply before for a visa/e-visa). Or maybe you need to ask specifically to the staff when disembarking in PNH, but I don't recall any sign or specific flow for such a transfer.
