I tried to make reservations at POV via their website - their rooftop terrace - but discovered there are no openings on friday or saturday night. I wonder if a guest of the hotel could get in with the help of the hotel conceriege. I must inquire.
We stayed last May for Memorial Day weekend. Being a guest gets you some perks, like bypassing the elevator line (anyone from outside can go up) but I don't know about reservations. Tables are limited upstairs and you have to buy bottle service to get one (about $60-$65 per person). Not sure if concierge can get you through. Certainly easy to just call them and ask.
