What are the current hours of the Diamond Lounges in Vegas? They used to close quite early. Also, are they open for breakfast?

Premium alcohol and food in a Vegas diamond loung? Like what? Has something significantly changed over the past year?

In comparison to other VIP lounge (casino) experiences, I have found the Diamond Lounges (especially in Vegas) to be pretty close to the bottom in amenities and hours. But, I'll stand corrected if that has changed.
