Have you tried Dragonair's website? I have been having the same issues on Cathay's website as everyone since the update, but strangely Dragonair's website seems to work for me.
KA's web page behaves exactly the same way as CX's for me. In fact, record locators I previously entered only on cathaypacific.com are remembered (using Firefox) and offered as selectable alternatives in the same field on dragonair.com.
