Very good with the exception of the street noise. I didnt hear any noise at all from adjacent rooms, and almost none from the hallway. The room door was very solid, and didnt make a big banging noise when closing at all--one of the best I have heard (or not heard as the case may be!). I also liked the layout of the room for minimizing noise: the sleeping area was at the end of a hallway/dressing area, past the bathroom and wardrobe. And the headboard was around the corner. And mercifully, no doors to another room to create a "suite" which is a problem in most mid-range hotels in Canada.

I did wonder if they shouldnt have invested in some better windows for soundproofing. I am relatively used to sleeping with street noise thanks to a few years in a city centre condo, but I am not sure everybody would deal with it well. Ms. Ridefar likes it q-u-i-e-t at night and would have needed earplugs for sure. This was really the only disappointment I had with the hotel.
