AMR-US Airways Deal Blocked by US in Antitrust Suit
The US Department of Justice has filed suit in Washington Federal court to block the merger; the suit includes the Attorneys General of Arizona, District of Columbia, Florida, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.
