I think all the questions were answered...but two bits of slight clarification...regarding why they show AC members on the manifest, the edit codes appear with the passenger everywhere in ACS. Just because they are on the manifest, doesn't mean they are intended to be used by or relevant to the FA.
If a flight is delayed/cancelled, and the AC wants to help out the members on the impacted flight, they can quickly pull a list of everyone that has the edit code "ADM". Same thing can be done for many other codes. Want a list of all CK's? Use "KEY" all exec plats? "EP", etc.
Also, the ONE code has two meanings depending on how its used...on the PALL its a OW employee a ZED, but its also an edit code for oneworld travelers.
Also, ADM and CLUB are 2 different things. ADM means the person is a club member, CLUB simply means they have access to the club based on that flight (i.e. traveling F internationally as a non-status person, EP traveling internationally in Y, etc).
