I opted in through Delta quite awhile ago as a GM... my BP never says TSA precheck or anything like that on it, so I thought that I was never accepted or something.
The other day I randomly took a US Airways flight... and my BP said "TSA Precheck" on it. I didn't go through the Precheck line, but does precheck status transcend the airline that you are flying? If so, how does I get Delta to "recognize" this?
If you are in the US and not through DL - it might be a name issue on your flyer information in DL.dumb. Seems to be the trend for others around here.
