+1. I hated losing out on the segments, but I had to fly HA OGG-LIH last month. Somehow I couldn't justify flying OGG-OAK/SJC/SEA-LIH on my vacation.

HA is a good airline operationally, but IT, the call center, and the frequent flier plan leave a lot to be desired.
I enjoyed flying HA. Inflight crews were great and the plane was clean. I wasn't real impressed by their ground ops at OGG, though. Everything seemed very disjointed.
