Mainstream Argentines do not normally explore with their foods, so the bottom line is that the market is not there, and getting all the required ingredients for seriously ethnic cooking is not a simple task. ChinaTown near the Belgrano area has helped a lot, but its still a far cry to what you will get in a food lovers paradise city like SFO or NYC, to use two North American examples.
Its unfortunate, but, in the ethnic foods department.... EZE is very, very pedestrian. I don't see this changing much in the short term, perhaps my kids and their generation will be able to have more of an offering but Im not keeping my fingers crossed.......

Thanks Gaucho100K, Very well stated. I see your point and appreciate your courtesy. I will now embrace the Ethnic Spots I eat at with a better understanding. Happy Eating.. And I like your quote "Pedestrian" pretty much sums it up..
