All of mitchmu's snark aside, it's always been my experience that they cater local beer at the outstations. So you will almost definitely have Japanese beer ex-Asia. ex-NA to Asia, if there are some leftovers in the cart from loading up in Japan they will have Japanese beer but I wouldn't count on it.

Also, sake is free in Y on flights to/from Japan.
