My question had to do with the accounting rules of the AMEX 25K spend and to which year the 10K MQM bonus is applied. But, if this helps, my GM status is by flying on my own dime, I foresee 40-45K flown miles in 2014 at below 10CPM, and only 2K rollovers from 2013. So it probably matters to get the 10K bonus and I'll have to be careful about exactly when spending happens to reach 25K on the AMEX.
