I have seen this problem too, and a while back had constantly flip-flopping data. Sometimes I'd wind up booked as FirstMiddle Last, sometimes First Middle Last, and at one point even showed up as FirstMiddle Middle Last.
Never seemed to make a difference to the TSA, though...
I've had the same issue. TSA and others haven't asked any questions, and precheck has still worked w/ KT via GE
