As you can imagine, others have asked similar questions and other members have visited and discussed MNL airport; we have merged your questions into the current thread. Perhaps you will find some relevant information reading, and others will answer more specifically.
The reasons we suggest searching first include making it easier for yourself to gain already documented information, making it easier for other members seeking information to find it. It also honors those who have taken the time and effort to post - sometimes extensively, as on this thread.
Not attempting a scold here, merely a reminder on how we have learned FT works best for all.
Use the Search Feature - link to this guideline
Before starting a thread, use the search feature to see if there's a recent thread on your topic. Many questions come up repeatedly on FlyerTalk. If you're wondering about a specific Hilton property in Chicago, for example, there's a good chance a thread - or 10 - already exists. The search link is located in the navigation menu near the top of the Forums page. Keeping information on the same topic confined to as few threads as possible helps members quickly find the information they need.
Search can be a it tricky at first - but there's an excellent and comprehensive thread in Technical Support and Feedback Forum:
Using the Search Feature on FlyerTalk: The Definitive Thread
You'll be able to find much more available information using Search or
Google Advanced Search (you can customize it to search within specific fora) to find what others have shared.
Now, having used MNL a few times, a one hour connection - hmm.
