Can you share the customer service e-mail address you used please?. I have been attempting to get credit for "zero points" since 1 June but have effectively received automated replies which never dealt with this problem --the latest response being as described in todays posts.

[email protected] this may well be for Gold customers and Corporate Clients, but ive it a try. The responsiveness from that address seems to be pretty good.
