By the way, I'm not "arguing in favor of newbies asking first and reding later" (sic) -- I'm commenting on the responses to those posts.
however if the person wont take the time and read the whole thread here they wont do it any where on FT and that ends up clogging up everything. Its a god habit to get into Read the thread . Write your questions up before and cross them off as you read the answer. when you get to the last pg if they still have questions either PM someone or post them but show that you read the thread
that said it doesnt mean its AOK to bash a newbe
