As long as you work for them, yeah you're fine.

If you aren't eligible for the AWD, it's considered fraud. Nobody knows whether or not they will ask you for proof (but now that you posted dates/location/AWD/class reserved, they're more likely to know to ask for proof). Even if they don't request it at pickup, if anything happens during the rental, they will investigate at that point. This will void any insurance through Avis (even if you paid for it) and most likely credit card or any coverage from your own auto policy since it wasn't a legal rental.
