Not sure about OS. LH - affirmative as recently as two weeks ago, but no guests allowed unless either an immediate family member or EUR250 is paid. That being said, LH DME HON service is probably best in the network as they are using the airport's VIP lounge - the passport control is totally separate and they unload the luggage, take it through customs and load it on a baggage cart for you.
