Dont forget before sending it or giving it to someone to call the 800# on the check and activate it, otherwise it will probably bounce and you will be hit with late fees etc etc. I wouldnt expect anyone who gets the check to look at it and understand that until its called in by them its worthless and that must call in to actvate it before they deposit it
I don't think this information is correct. After getting pre-authorization for the check with Blue Bird the check has been activated. The 800 number is to verify that it is valid for the amount written and not a fake.
