Bill pay does send out paper checks if it cannot pay elec. I have paid both my cleaning service and lawn care service with bill pay and paper checks were mailed to them with my name on them. There is a estimate given on when person or business will receive check.

This is apart from the paper checks you send for from bluebird which are free until end of Aug. I will use those paper checks to pay for taxes and Church contributions and who ever I need to hand a paper check to. These checks must be pre-authorized on line first and you receive a code to write on the check and then sign the front in the space provided. Instruction are included in front of every check packet.
