the cards in the drop down (when paying) is in the same order as how it is displayed when you click "Add Payee". So just remember - I need to pay the 3rd CHASE card - after looking it up in "Add payee" screen.

extreme, yes, but not as extreme as deleting the card everytime.

EDIT: also, IIRC, the full card number is displayed before you confirm your payment.
