Is Virtual Concierge a Thing of the Past?
Checking in to the Vienna Marriott on Monday, July 8. Have yet to receive a reminder of the stay or an email from the Virtual Concierge. I am surprised that it is this late.
Has anyone else experienced this?
I was going to ask to be considered for an upgrade. Would it be advisable to call the Platinum line to request this since at this late date it does not appear I will get this email.
