Yes, it came up as error 51. I went to buy one $800 MO at the counter (no kiosk at my local WM). I used 3 MetaBank cards then a Vanilla. Not only was the Vanilla declined (51) but I couldn't use any debit card afterwards since I used up all 4 transaction attempts.
I had to come up with $200.70 cash to complete the deal.

Since I didn't see any posts about Vanilla cards not working as debit cards at WM I wanted to give people a heads up so others wouldn't be caught in this situation.
