I have flown MH Z class to Europe earlier this month, and my mileage did not get posted on my Marco Polo Club account despite my Marco Polo Club number shows up on ALL boarding passes.

I have mailed my original boarding passes back to the Marco Polo Club via registered mail. The mail should have been delivered yesterday, but up till now, nothing showed up in the "Missing mileage claim" section.

I have called up the Marco Polo Club tonight, trying to follow up, and cannot get connected to a single agent. I have been put on hold for more than 10 minutes each call, and still could not get connected to an agent. This is TERRIBLE service.
