Actually, just did it about a year ago. There's an walkway under the road at the far end of baggage claim that I've used several times. At least there was then. I've found walking to be faster than waiting for a shuttle. The reason for the post was that I thought that I had read somewhere that the onsite rental lot had been closed. Apparently not. Thanks all.
